Every regime, every customs office, one partner.

From declaration to release, from consultancy to documentation, we take care of the customs side of your trade end to end — filing electronically at every customs office in Türkiye.

01

Import & export clearance

From preparing declarations and lodging them electronically to tracking duties and payments, managing inspections and releasing your goods, our specialists run every stage from a single point of contact.

  • Release for free circulation and export declarations
  • Exporters' association formalities and payments
  • Temporary admission and returned goods
  • Inspection, sampling and control procedures
  • Duty, guarantee and additional financial obligation calculations
02

Transit

We manage the movement of goods that are not in free circulation — or whose export formalities are complete — from one point to another within the Turkish customs territory under customs supervision, without import duties or trade policy measures applying.

  • Transit declarations via NCTS
  • Common transit and TIR Carnet operations
  • Management of transit guarantees
  • Discharge of the procedure at the office of destination
03

Free zones

From our office inside the Aegean Free Zone, we handle your entries, exits, imports, exports and transit on site — quickly, securely and in line with the applicable rules.

  • Free zone operation forms
  • Declarations for goods leaving the free zone for Türkiye or abroad
  • Entry of goods into the free zone from abroad
  • On-site service in the Aegean Free Zone
04

Customs warehousing

Keep your goods in a bonded warehouse with duties suspended and protect your cash flow, while we handle entry, handling and exit formalities on your behalf.

  • Warehousing declarations and entry formalities
  • Usual handling authorisations
  • Release for free circulation or re-export from the warehouse
  • Time limit and stock monitoring
05

Inward processing

We manage the full cycle of the procedure that lets you import inputs for your export production free of customs duties and trade policy measures.

  • Inward processing authorisation (DİİB) applications and amendments
  • Linking imports and exports to the authorisation
  • Extension requests
  • Discharge of the authorisation and compensatory duty calculations
06

Outward processing

We plan the temporary export of your goods for processing or repair, and the re-import of the resulting products with duty relief.

  • Outward processing authorisations
  • Temporary export declarations
  • Re-import after repair or processing
  • Duty differential calculations
07

Processing under customs control

We arrange for goods to undergo operations that change their nature or state under customs control, so they can be released for free circulation as a product with a lower duty rate.

  • Authorisation applications and eligibility analysis
  • Records and monitoring throughout the operation
  • Release of the processed product for free circulation
08

Trade fairs, exhibitions & ATA Carnet

We simplify the temporary movement of exhibition goods, commercial samples and professional equipment into and out of Türkiye, using the ATA Carnet — which replaces a guarantee — or the temporary admission procedure.

  • Temporary admission and export under ATA Carnet
  • Exhibition and trade fair goods
  • Commercial samples and professional equipment
  • Temporary admission declarations
09

Trade & customs regulatory consultancy

Working within Turkish and international customs law, we make risks and costs visible before a shipment moves, and strengthen compliance by auditing your existing processes.

  • HS code (tariff classification) determination
  • Origin and preferential treatment analysis (A.TR, EUR.1, EUR-MED)
  • Binding Tariff Information (BTI) applications
  • Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) readiness
  • Anti-dumping, surveillance and additional duty analysis
  • Guidance on the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM)
  • Pre-audits and process compliance checks
10

Documentation & permits

We prepare the ministry permits, conformity and control certificates required for imports and exports, and see applications through quickly. Every document is kept in our electronic archive.

  • TAREKS applications and conformity checks
  • Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry control certificates
  • Certificates of origin, A.TR and EUR.1
  • Customs laboratory and analysis procedures
  • Electronic archive and instant document access
11

Engineering services

We provide food and agricultural engineering for conformity and document checks on products regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and mechanical engineering support for TSE machinery conformity procedures. The technical review is completed before the declaration, so goods are not held at customs over missing documents.

  • Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry product conformity checks
  • Document checks and technical review for food and agricultural products
  • Mechanical engineering support for TSE machinery conformity
  • Review of technical files and documents before the declaration
