Denk Gümrük Müşavirliği was founded in 2000 to give companies riding Türkiye's foreign trade growth a fast, modern customs service — delivered by an experienced, well-trained, customer-focused team on up-to-date technology.
We work to keep your operations fast, accurate and orderly. The less of the customs bureaucracy reaches you, the better our service — that is the principle we work by.
As part of the logistics world, we know what time is worth and what paperwork costs. That is why, to change the closed way of working that had long been the norm in our industry, we built a system centred on transparency : everything we do on your behalf — from filing to the time of each step at customs and the release details of goods and documents — can be followed in our secure client portal, Denk Online .
We lodge and register your declarations directly from our offices, integrated with the Ministry of Trade's electronic customs systems and the exporters' associations. Every paper document used in your customs operations is kept in our electronic archive — whatever you need, whenever you need it.
