Machinery Safety Regulation
Machinery and safety components. The new EU Machinery Regulation (2023/1230) applies from 20 January 2027 — start planning for compliance now.
Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulation
Equipment that can cause, or be affected by, electromagnetic disturbance.

Paperless customs.
Under Türkiye's Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, a secure electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one. Customs declarations, Single Window applications and many permit processes now run on e-signatures.
