1. Introduction and data controller
This site uses only analytics cookies from Google Analytics; there are no advertising, social media or personalisation cookies. Google Analytics is off by default and runs only if you allow it. This policy is provided under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file saved by your browser when you visit a website. It lets the site recognise the same browser as you move between pages or come back later.
3. Cookies we use
If you allow them, the two cookies below are used. If you don't, our site places no cookies in your browser.

These cookies do not contain your name, email address or anything you enter in our forms. Our forms work without cookies; declining Google Analytics does not affect any part of the site.
4. Browser storage that is not a cookie
The following is kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage), not in cookies, and is never sent to our server:
- denk_cerez_tercihi: remembers whether you allowed Google Analytics. Your choice is reset after 12 months.
- dg-teklif: keeps a draft if you leave the quote form halfway; deleted once the form is sent.
The map on the Contact page loads from OpenStreetMap's servers. It sets no cookies, but your IP address is sent to the map provider while it loads.
5. Legal ground and transfers
Google Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). You can withdraw it at any time; when you do, the cookies are deleted from your browser and data collection stops.
If you allow them, the usage data collected through Google Analytics is transferred to Google LLC and its servers abroad, including in the United States. This transfer takes place under KVKK Art. 9 and does not happen without your permission. Google keeps Google Analytics data for up to 14 months. The data is not used for advertising or profiling and is not shared with any other third party.
Our website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd.; where its servers are located abroad, that transfer also takes place under KVKK Art. 9.
6. Managing your choice
There is no cookie banner on our site; Google Analytics stays off unless you turn it on. You can give or withdraw permission at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge this is in the privacy section. Blocking cookies does not affect your use of the site.
If we ever use a different type of cookie, it will not be placed in your browser without your consent, and this policy will be updated at the same time.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- learn whether your data is processed
- request information about it if it is
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad it is transferred to
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7
- request that corrections and deletions be notified to recipients
- object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can send your request in writing to the address above, by registered electronic mail (KEP: [email protected]), with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from an email address you have previously given us and which is registered in our systems. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You can also write to [email protected] with any questions.

8. Updates
This policy is updated whenever the cookies used on the site change. The current version is always published on this page.
